Composition: 50% USP/PE quality Vegetable Glycerin sourced from European rapeseed, less than 50% USP/PE quality Propylene Glycol, and less than 4.2% flavorings.

Manufactured in France by Fuu, this base is currently undergoing AFNOR certification.
